Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information this website handles, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The short version: this is a showcase website, and we collect almost nothing.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the owners of Oukraalvalle, a nature farm near Machadodorp (eNtokozweni), Mpumalanga, South Africa. Contact: [contact details to be added].

2. What we collect

This website has no user accounts, no booking forms and no comment sections. We do not ask you for personal information to browse it.

  • Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to identify you.
  • Direct contact. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp using details published on this site, we will have the information you choose to share. We use it only to respond to you and arrange your visit.

3. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or a booking feature in future, this policy will be updated first.

4. Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. We do not run advertising or social media trackers.

5. How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and visit, after which it is deleted or archived privately.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only if the law requires it.

7. Your rights under POPIA
